A VIDA É SONHO - OFICINA PARA ATORES E NÃO ATORES
"Criai ânimo, senhor; nossos festejos terminaram. Como vos preveni, todos os atores eram espíritos;
dissiparam-se no ar, sim, no ar impalpável. E tal como o grosseiro substrato desta alegoria, as torres que se
elevam para as nuvens, os palácios altivos, as igrejas majestosas, o próprio globo imenso, com tudo o que
contém, também vão desaparecer, como se deu com essa visão tênue, sem deixarem vestígios. Somos

Se a vida pode ser um sonho e nós todos personagens de uma história por que não explorar o
nosso lado artístico como atores?
Esta é uma oficina para quem quiser vir participar desse sonho. Num ambiente seguro e
divertido, mesmo quem nunca experimentou ser ator poderá interpretar uma personagem e
ter uma experiência libertadora.
Teremos como objetivo comum, aprender a “dinâmica” de um relacionamento para a utilizar
numa espécie de jogo onde contaremos uma história.
Cada personagem dessa história é de importância fundamental, independente do tamanho do
papel. Normalmente acredita-se que numa peça de teatro ou num filme, existem hierarquias;
você tem o “papel principal” numa peça de teatro, ou é a “estrela” num filme . Essa é uma
visão egocêntrica e empobrecedora do trabalho de criação. Aqui aprenderemos que todos os
indivíduos têm a mesma importância.
A Oficina A VIDA É SONHO desenvolve-se em três momentos:
APRENDER A USAR O PRÓPRIO CORPO
APRENDER A PERCEBER O OUTRO
PREPARANDO UMA APRESENTAÇÃO
Em 3 sessões de 4 horas distribuídas numa sexta-feira das 18h00 às 20h00 e 21h00 às 23h00
com intervalo de uma hora para jantar
Sábado das 10h00 às 14h00 e das 15h00 às 19h00 com intervalos para cafés e para almoço

LIFE IS A DREAM - WORKSHOP FOR ACTORS AND NON-ACTORS
"Our revels now are ended. These our actors, As I foretold you, were all spirits, and Are melted into air, into

temples, the great globe itself, Yea, all which it inherit, shall dissolve, And, like this insubstantial pageant

If life can be a dream, and all of us are characters in a play, why not explore our artistic side as
actors?
This workshop is open to all those who would like to participate in such a dream. Even if you have
no acting experience at all you will be able to interpret a character and have a liberating
experience, in a relaxed and safe environment.
The common goal will be to learn about the dynamics of a relationship and use them in a kind of
game to tell a story.
Every character in that story is of major importance, no matter how short its role. Usually people
believe that there is a hierarchy in a theatre piece or a movie. There is the “leading part” in a play,
the “star” of the movie. This is an egocentric point of view and influences the creative work in a
negative way. In this acting workshop we will learn that every single individual is as important as
the next.
The workshop LIFE IS A DREAM has three stages:

AWARENESS OF THE OTHER
PREPARING A PERFORMANCE
There will be three sessions of 4 hours each:
Friday from 18:00 to 23:00 with a one hour dinner break;
Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00 with coffee and lunch breaks.
